Friends 1stly I tell you that machine learning is a part of artificial intelligence but they both are different from each other.
What is machine learning - it is a process in which of machine or computer is made to Learn a particular topic.
for example if you take a phone camera and you won't that your phone camera can recognize the dogs for this you showed it many types of dogs of different breed, color and more than the camera develops a pattern on how a dog looks like.
Afterwards if you showed your camera a new dog which you havent shown your camera than also it will recognise that pattern formed is of a dog.
This pattern is recorded in its software and with time it will become expert in recognising them.
BUT
if Any cat comes in front of the camera the processor will fail to recognise its pattern as it has seen a cat pattern first time this is called machine learning.
One more example is that if a system can recognize your handwriting in English it will recognize what is your text but then if you write there in Chinese it will not be able to understand that text.
SO
basically machine learning is a process by which we use our algorithm to make a machine make expert in any topic and it becomes develop slowly.
But when we talk about artificial intelligence here thing comes is intelligence this means that it is not capable of just one topic but can put input on any topic like humans like we have thinking, actions and creativity. So artificial intelligence Not only is concentrated on one topic but can put input on all things and become capable of doing multiple tasks.
AI are also of 2 types
weak artificial intelligence and strong artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence which can do limited work are called we got official intelligence but artificial intelligence which can work on limited areas but try to learn more skills themselves are called strong AIs.
For example

It isn't AI BUT is machine learning here the marketers make you confuse in DEEP learning, do electric, machine learning, artificial intelligence and many more now you must have understand difference between what is machine learning and artificial intelligence today we are using only machine learning
